From a young age, witnessing the profound impact psychotherapy had on a close one and their surrounding community, including me, ignited my passion for psychology. This experience propelled me to pursue a career where I could offer meaningful support and change.
As a bilingual and bicultural individual, I've navigated the complexities of being a first-generation immigrant, enriching my understanding and empathy towards diverse life experiences. Holding a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, I specialize in individual, couples/family, and group counseling, focusing on trauma and life's adversities.
My practice is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and evidence-based care, aiming to empower every individual—regardless of their background—on their journey towards healing.
